For someone as well versed in Economics as you are, your unsupported claim that it is only 1% of ICE that are bad apples belies the evidence. As for training of ICE, based on offers of employment, etc. the training is substantially truncated from the previous norm. It’s now weeks, not months, and ICE takes almost anyone who shows up and has a high Testosterone blood level.

criminal. the adjudication path is different. they are are BOTH
CRIMES. they are not supposed to be here. they form a shadow
